I can't believe that our little baby toddler is 13 months old already. January has been such a LONG and slow month, but now that it's almost over, it seems like it flew by some how. It's so strange how that happens. But, here we are at the end, which means Asher is another month older. I didn't realize it until I looked back at Solomon's thirteen month post, but they are doing so many of the same things. Of course Solomon was sprinting around everywhere by this point, but I kind of love that Asher is taking the whole walking thing a lot slower! He's giving me a little more rest! ;) Here are some of the things that I want to remember about the last month with our little guy!!

• like Solomon was during this month, he says hello with every toy and barks for every animal he sees. 
• loving books now and will crawl over to the bookshelf and pull them out one by one. Sometimes he will sit for a while before crawling away to something else. 
• starting to think he will FOREVER hate changing his clothes or diaper. Getting him ready for bedtime is one of the most stressful parts of my day because he kicks and screams and cries the entire time. 
• seriously loves to cuddle each morning in bed, especially with Solomon. After he has his morning milk next to me, he will crawl over to Solomon and sleep next to him. If Solomon stays in his bed all night, and he's not in our bed, he just sits up yelling and wants to get out of bed. 
• obsessed with daddy and loves to scream for him constantly. It's the cutest thing!!! 
• blowing kisses like a pro now! Anytime we are getting ready to leave or someone leaves our house, he starts blowing tons of kisses. 
• loves to dance to all kinds of music, especially our nursery rhyme CD. This Old Man is his favorite!
• trying his best to walk!!!
• eating everything, especially anything we have! He has serious FOMO when it comes to food. Still loves milk, just not nearly as much as his brother did! We have also night weaned and he's sleeping a little bit better at night. 
• trying his best to copy big brother with everything from using a fork to coloring with crayons and markers, which he has surprisingly mastered pretty well so far! 
• also had his first haircut just a few days ago!!

Our little guy is getting so big!!!! I'm so excited to see what will happen in February! 

Solomon // thirteen months.

first of all.... this post is WAY late since I lost my card reader for my camera, so this pictures were just waiting on the card with no luck of a transfer. I finally bit the bullet and bought a new one so I could finally convert them! 

I thought it would be fun to share some monthly photos still but just share some of my favorite things from the previous month instead of the long letters.... I'll save those for more important posts! 

• Saying dog and hello! He picks up any toy and puts it to his ear and says hello sometimes.
• Bouncing and dancing all the time!! Especially loves bouncing on our tummy or back if we are lying down on the floor.
• Wakes up so happy and talking nonstop and even cuddles with me a little bit before we get out of bed.
• Plays with his hair while going to sleep now & also sleeping for daddy and Gigi much easier.
• Showing quite a temper, especially when he is trying to do something and can't figure it out. Putting the top of the lego box on is the worst, he tries to put the top on for maybe two seconds before he freaks out and screams. So dramatic!
• Anytime there is football on the TV he instantly raises his arms with a Touchdown sign and smiles so big!
• Still nursing all the time and he now points at my chest saying "my" which I'm guessing is his word for milk. It's adorable!!

obsessed with his DOG (in his right hand) and points out all dogs or any animal since everything is a dog to him. Listening to him exclaim doooog is so adorable. 

watching him play with his toys like a little toddler now is so cute as well... 

Just like daddy, he loves his peanut butter and honey sandwiches!
